We are planners, designers, and spatial analysts. Our mission is to help communities make informed choices about land use.

We provide municipalities with tools that enhance land use to support healthy communities, strengthen local and regional economies (including jobs and housing), and protect environmental resources. We tailor our services to meet our clients’ needs and resources.

We also work with private firms, assisting them with land use and regulatory strategies.
